The winning city of the first City Bull Decorating contest was American
Fork.. The winner was determined by the number of online votes
received on the county website contest page. All of the bulls can still be
viewed on the county website at www.utahcounty.gov/bulls.
Thanks goes to all of the cities in Utah County for their participation
and for the incredible and creative thought and talent that went into
decorating each bull.
